Raindrop on two flower buds

This was taken while standing almost underneath some small flower-buds which grow from a vine that hangs over our fence. A raindrop covered them both like a glass sheath and pooled below both of them together to form the round drop.
Raindrop on twig

It’s winter, which means it’s been raining, which means I’m often in the backyard trying to catch interesting pictures of waterdrops on stuff. A common theme of mine. Water/raindrops are so fascinating.
Hermit crab eating

This picture isn’t very sharp and the crab’s “face” isn’t clear because it was in a coastal tidepool and it’s not easy to shoot through water - but I still like it as a kind of crab-action shot. The little guy was busily eating whatever had been in the second shell…you can see one of his claws clutching a bit of meat. Not long after I took this picture, another hermit crab came along and they battled over who would get to eat the rest of the feast for quite some time. It was entertaining.
