WordPress themes are fun
I know I said before that I loved finding a theme where I didn’t have to change one iota of .css, but…turns out that was a small white lie. I do like using a blog program that has a lot of pre-made themes that are: one, free, two, easy-pie to install/use/edit, and three, don’t suck donkey balls. I’ve downloaded about 10 of them so far and I like this new one I’m using quite a bit.
But I did change the stylesheet a bit and changed the php parameter to show the pictures in the archive listings. I don’t mind a Search displaying only post-titles, but since this is mostly a photo-blog, having a text-only archive sucks…donkey…well, you know. Yes, that’s my favorite mild-yet-kind-of-disturbing irritated curse phrase of the week. Or of the last decade.
And I still can’t get that “Pop Goes My Heart” song out of my head. It goes well with theme-fiddling sessions.
It’s a … pigeon!
Raindrop on two flower buds

This was taken while standing almost underneath some small flower-buds which grow from a vine that hangs over our fence. A raindrop covered them both like a glass sheath and pooled below both of them together to form the round drop.
Raindrop on twig

It’s winter, which means it’s been raining, which means I’m often in the backyard trying to catch interesting pictures of waterdrops on stuff. A common theme of mine. Water/raindrops are so fascinating.
